    Firstly the washing machine was bad. It created a suction from inside after using it. Requested for a replacement, replacement not available. Then they rescheduled return pickup. The return took 14 days, because the pickup agents only work from 9 am to 1:30 pm shift. They are NOT AVAILABLE during the rest of the day. And Saturdays and Sundays are holiday for the Nawaab Sahabs of Hyderabad. Then I have to miss MY OFFICE so that they can come to pickup. And then they leave litter also behind for us to pickup .
    So so so poor experience... That if negative ratings was possible, i would give negative rating. Please accept negative 5 star ⭐ rating from me

Washing time is less.but in some cases the washed clothes are still visible stains.no display to understand the wash programmes or wash time.detergent addition system should be upgraded,should be mixed with water inflow.i bought a six kg capacity machine which from the outside looks like one with 10 kg capacity. They gave it a mammoth shape.otherwise value for money.
